Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)
Our summer season starts in mid June and ends in mid September. We offer finely appointed properties on the beach, bay, and just off the beach, in a price range that will suit every budget. Also available are "off season" rentals... spring, fall, and winter, that can be rented at bargain prices.
All properties come with fully equipped kitchens, including coffeemaker, dishes, flatware, basic pots and pans, and utensils. You provide your own bed linen and towels, or they can be rented through our linen service for an additional charge. Some of the properties do not have phone service, but arrangements can be made through Pacific Bell for short duration services. All of our properties are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. There is a mandatory cleaning fee. Fees range from $95-$300 which will be deducted from your security deposit.
